Afin de garantir une parfaite répétabilité sous effort variable, le contrôleur MVAT procède à un apprentissage de la déformation combinée bâti/broche, via un cycle d"Etalonnage" effectué à la mise en service, et à chaque changement de matériel.

A la suite de ce cycle, le contrôleur MVAT, connaît :

• le zéro machine, duquel sont programmés tous les cycles de travail
• la résolution pratique du déplacement
• l'évolution de la position du zéro lorsque l'effort évolue, ce qui permet de garantir des positionnements de +/-0,01mm sous effort variable

In order to warranty an exact repeatability under force, the controller use the learning of the machine flexion , thru a "calibration" function, done at the settle of the machine, or each time a part of the equipment occurs.

Following this calibration, the press controller knows :

• Zero of the machine, from where all the working cycle are programmed
• The practical resolution of the displacement rule
  
• The shifting of the Zero position when the force change, what allows to warranty very accurate positionning (+/- 0,01 mm)
